Cancellation Policy

The following guidelines apply to cancellations made through our website.

Ready Stock: For items in ready stock, if you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse, a cancellation fee of Rs. 500 or the payment gateway charges, whichever is greater, will be applied. If the item has already been shipped, cancellation is not permitted unless the item is found to be damaged or defective. In such cases, we will provide a replacement or refund for defective items within 15 days of their return to our warehouse. Once the refund is approved, the customer can expect to receive the funds in their account within 15 days.

Customized Orders: The majority of our furniture is made to order based on your specifications. Production of custom orders begins immediately upon placement and is tailored to your requirements. Therefore, these orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded at any time. We do not offer a 'change of heart' return or exchange policy.
