• Keep the essential tools i.e. Allen key or screw driver so you can tighten the structure regularly to give your furniture permanent stability.

• When moving items around on your furniture, don’t drag or slide them, lift them to avoid scratches.

Delivery:

• Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.
• Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
• In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.
• Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.
• Your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, From Shekhawati reserves the right to either change or cancel the order.

Installation:

This product is accompanied by a warranty period of 12 months, which addresses defects in manufacturing or workmanship that may arise during this timeframe. The warranty is applicable to furniture utilized under standard household conditions.

However, this limited warranty excludes the following:

• Normal wear and tear resulting from extended use.
  
  
• Minor cuts, scratches, or damages caused by improper cleaning methods or accidents.
  
  
• Damage resulting from incorrect installation or assembly by the customer.
  
  
• Products that have been improperly stored, assembled, or installed, or that have been misused or cleaned with inappropriate methods or products (for instance, upholstery may fade over time when exposed to direct sunlight).
  
  
• Cracks resulting from the displacement of the product.
  
  
• Deterioration of wood due to continuous exposure to moisture; and the natural contraction and expansion of solid wood in response to seasonal climate changes, which is not covered under the warranty for solid wood furniture.
  
  
• Claims related to seasonal splits or the opening of joints are limited to the warranty period from the date of purchase for solid wood furniture.
  
  
• Upholstery fabrics, such as seat covers, do not carry a warranty; the warranty for upholstery products is limited to the frame and mechanisms, if applicable.
  
  
• Non-standard dry-cleaning methods or the use of harsh chemicals are also excluded.
  
  
• According to industry standards, an unevenness of up to 5 mm is generally accepted due to variations in floor and surface levels, and this is not covered by the warranty.

• What materials are used to make the furniture?
  The product is mainly made from iron and mango wood, but they might also use other materials like other metals during production.
  
  
• What's the best way to clean my wooden furniture?
  Simply dust it with a mop and when wine or coffee runs on it, simply wipe those away using a soft cotton cloth. That's all you need to do!
  
  
• How long does it take for delivery?
  Delivery of the ordered furniture products takes place within 4 to 5 weeks, counting from the date when you confirm the order (the date of payment).
  
  
• Do I need to sign for my delivery?
  So yes, you will also be signing a delivery form or an Airway Bill (AWB) / Proof of Delivery (POD), where you concur that the ordered products have been delivered to you in proper shape and no deformity and harm.
